Return Policy

Order Cancellation Policy 

  1. Order Cancellation by Customer: 
    • Customers can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled, but it may be rejected at the doorstep. 
    • The time window for cancellation varies based on different product categories and is specified on the product page or order confirmation page. 
    • Post the specified time window, a cancellation fee may be applicable. 
    • Full refunds will be initiated for prepaid orders canceled by the seller due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Return Policy 

  1. General Return Conditions: 
    • Returns are provided directly by respective sellers and may differ by category. 
    • The specific return/replacement policy on the product page will prevail over the general returns policy. 
    • Returns will be accepted only if the following conditions are met: 
    • The product is in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact. 
    • The product is unused, unwashed, and without any stains or damage. 
    • For electronic items, the device must be formatted, and any locks or security measures (e.g., iCloud lock for Apple devices) must be disabled. 
     
  2. Return Window and Actions Possible: 
    • Furniture and Home Supplies: 10 days – Refund or Replacement. Installation required by authorized personnel for eligibility. 
    • Lifestyle Products (Clothing, Footwear, etc.): 10 days – Refund, Replacement, or Exchange. 
    • Medicines: 2 days – Refund. 
    • Home Improvement Tools and Household Items: 7 days – Refund or Replacement. 
    • Books, Sports Equipment, Exercise & Fitness Equipment, Auto Accessories, Toys, Stationery, Musical Instruments: 7 days – Replacement only. 
    • Electronics and Mobile Phones: 7 days – Replacement only. Brand assistance subject to warranty guidelines. 
    • Large Appliances: 7 days – Service Center Replacement/Repair only. 
     

Returns Pick-Up and Processing 

  • Returns can be picked up from a different address if the service is available. 
    • The product will be checked for the following conditions during pick-up: 
    • Correct Product: IMEI/name/brand/serial number should match, and the MRP tag should be undetached. 
    • Complete Product: All accessories and freebies should be present. 
    • Unused Product: The product should be unused, without any stains or damage. 
    • Undamaged Product: The product should be without any scratches, dents, or tears. 
    • Undamaged Packaging: The original packaging should be undamaged. 

 

General Rules for Successful Return 

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received by the seller. 
  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be provided. 
  • During open box deliveries, customers should report any damage or discrepancy on the spot.
